"I don't see use just a date," he began, already 1/2 done with his breakfast. He was full so he pushed it aside. "I see you as the date," he joked with a wink. He smiled at his own joke a litle bit. "As for the lucky lady? I think I may be lookin at her," he said as he peered into her eyes.

Kara smiled and took another bite of her breakfast. Today was a good day. The best she could remember in a long time. She was starting to like Santa Monica. Maybe it was a better place than she gave it credit for. She smiled looked back into Vik's eyes. "well, thats good to hear" she replied as she gave him a soft kiss on the lips to let him know that she accepted

Vik smiled as she kissed him. He was happy... really happy... probably the happiest he's been in months. He didn't want to seem obnoxious but he's always thought he's had the looks, the money, the family, but he never really saw himself having the girl. Now he had it all. He felt like a million bucks. He then thought of a good question as he sipped his juice. "So... are we boyfriend and girlfriend now," he asked, curiously.

Kara took another bite of her food. She was pretty hungry, but never at fast. It was all part of the brought up southern manners thing. One habit she couldnt break. Kara took another sip of her coffee, asuming it had cooled off enough and thankfully it had. She couldnt help but smile when Vik asked if they were together. "If I had wanted it any other way, I would of said so" she replied with another sip of coffee

Vik smiled at her response, and let out a slightly nervous chuckle. "Great. Best news I've heard in a while," he said as he looked at her. She was beautiful. She even made eating an omelet look sexy. Vik smiled a little, and then started to tap his feet. It wasn't loud, because he had stifled it, but it showed that he really didn't want to wait much longer. He was a very impatient man at times, but he would wait for her to finish up, unlike who sometimes he would just leave his friends hanging.

Kara smiled. She was the happiest she had been in a while too. She finally took the last bite of her omelet and waited for the waitress to come over. "Okay I'm almost done" she said. Of course he was impatient, she always ate slow and it even annoyed Aunt Fi who was difficult to annoy. "so, what do you have in store for the rest of the day?" she asked. It was still early and the day was just beginning.

Vik was relieved when she said she was almost done. He began to look around for the waitress, flagged her down, handed her 30 bucks, and told her to keep the change. He then turned his attention back to Kara. What was he doing for the rest of the day? He was gunna walk Cody, watch some TV, maybe fit a run in, but really do nothing of importance. She gave him a shot and so he took it. "Well, I was planning on spending my day with this beautiful girl name Kara Vanzelli. I don't suppose you've heard of her," he asked, jokingly.

Kara kept her mouth shut while he paid the bill. No reason to stomp on a mans ego, even though she would have willingly paid half of the bill. Kara usually spent the day working out, horseback riding, or walking Peanut. She had gotten a decent amount of planning done for the party, and besides she would rather spend the day with Vik. Kara smiled softly. " Sounds familiar, if I remember correctly, she's going out with this guy named Vik. Apparently he's quite the guy" she said with a smirk.

Vik smiled. "Yea, that Vik guy. I hear he is perfect. Too bad he has a girlfriend," he joked back at her. He then stood up from the booth and walked over to her side. He extended his hand to hers and spoke. "Ready to go," he proposed.
